  • Where is my order?

    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days and arrive within 4–10 business days depending on your location.

    If it’s been longer than that, drop us a message on WhatsApp with your order number and we’ll track it down immediately.

  • Can I return or exchange my order?

    If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, we’ll replace it or refund you — no questions asked. Just message us with a photo and your order number.

    For unopened products you’d like to return, reach out and we’ll see what we can do.

  • How do I brew Calisto Coffee?

    It’s instant coffee, so it’s beautifully simple. Add one teaspoon (or more if you like it strong) to your cup, pour hot water at around 90°C — not boiling — and stir. Works great with milk or plant milk too.

    For iced coffee, brew it hot and strong, then pour straight over ice. Perfection.

  • Are your coffees suitable for vegetarians / vegans?

    Yes! All Calisto Coffee blends are 100% plant-based. For specific ingredient and allergen information for each flavour, check the product page or message us directly.

  • How much caffeine is in each serving?

    Caffeine content varies by blend. Check the individual product pages for exact amounts per serving. If you have a specific health concern, we’re happy to help — just message us.

  • I received a damaged or incorrect item. What do I do?

    That’s on us and we’re sorry. Send us a quick photo of what arrived along with your order number on WhatsApp, and we’ll send out a replacement or process a full refund — whichever you prefer. No need to return anything.

  • Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

    We do! For bulk purchases or wholesale enquiries, get in touch with us on WhatsApp or call us directly and we’ll work something out for you.
